Who we are
We are “Andrew Calver” trading as "NTC Bushcraft" (“we” or “us”) a self-employed bushcraft professional operating courses ("sessions") independently from multiple sites in Bedfordshire and at customer premises.,
This policy is in regards to information collected by us specifically, which may be done so via third party sites such as Eventbrite, MailChimp, Mobirise or other as specified. Responsibility for information collected and used by those third party sites lies with those sites through their specific policies.
We are regulated by the General Data Protection Regulation when collecting information, and responsible for that information as a “controller” for the purpose of GDPR.

Customers are those who book courses via third party websites and information is passed on to or collected by us. Information collected on customers is specifically email addresses, postal addresses and telephone numbers.
No financial data is collected. No data is passed on from us or sold by us.

Third party sites
Third party sites are used to enable customers to subscribe to emails or book courses. These sites have their own privacy policies.

Booking a Session
All session bookings are done via third party sites. Collection of financial data is done by those sites and not by us.

Security of information
No method of information transfer is completely secure. No information is stored specifically by us. Instead, it is stored on third party sites used for booking courses or subscribing to marketing emails. These sites include: MailChimp, and Eventbrite. These are reputable sites with their own privacy policies in place.

Marketing email
You will not be included in any marketing lists by us unless you have specifically opted in to do so. If you do opt in, you can opt out at any time you wish.

Information email 
You will receive essential information about attending your courses via email or telephone ahead of your booked session date. This will include meeting location, time, and other relevant information or advice. You will also receive a medical questionnaire/consent form that must be completed and either returned via email or handed to the leader on arrival for the session. You may also receive one email after your session containing notes on the session content. Unless specifically requested by you, you will not receive any more emails unless you have booked another session, in which case you will receive pre- and post-session information.

Cookies Policy
Cookies are text files that enable websites to remember you when you return. On our site, we use Cookies only for enhancing your experiences when you return to the site and for analysing the behaviour of web traffic. Cookies may be used by the third party sites used to take bookings. Please refer to those sites for their specific Cookie Policies.
